MEET THE OWNERS, RICH AND PAULETTE
To Friends of Tara East and Eastfork Farms,
We would like to thank Tara for entrusting us, and our family, with the continuation of the tradition she started at EastFork Farms. We know her heart and soul is in this place – and with her continued guidance, we intend to keep and operate Eastfork the same way she and Amy has all of these years.
As an introduction, Rich and Paulette Behan will be the new owners and operators of Eastfork Farms. Tara ask that we tell y’all about ourselves, so here goes: We’ve been married for 29 years and have been attached at the hip ever since – literally! We started our connection 30 years ago when Rich donated his kidney to Paulette, so you can say we’re a perfect match. We are both CPA’s and Investment Advisors and have been working together in our firm, Behan & Company Ltd, and plan to continue working from our new home at Eastfork. Working well together with your spouse – it doesn’t get better than that!
But it does get better than that! We have 4 grown children, all of whom have graduated Michigan colleges and 3 of whom live close to Eastfork Farms. With five grandchildren under the age of 7 and one on the way, we are truly blessed to watch and share their future experiences around the farm and horses. If your kids ever spent time with Tara, Amy and the horses, you know exactly what I mean – it will be a life changing experience for us all. We can’t wait to start this next chapter in our lives.
